Jenna Greenwell is a storyteller with a guitar, weaving rich, earthy vocals through songs about love, loss, and the beauty tucked inside ordinary moments. Influenced by Americana heavyweights Lori McKenna, Jason Isbell, and Brandi Carlile, she has built a reputation for performances that stir hearts and sometimes draw tears, the good kind. Her debut album, Yellow Sweatshirt, arrived in 2024, establishing her as a songwriter with something worth saying and the voice to say it.
Originally from Northern Colorado, Jenna’s road has taken her from the bustling streets of New York City to the sunlit corners of Southern California, playing storied rooms like The Bitter End, CBGBs, and The River at Rancho Mirage. She stepped away from the spotlight for a season to raise three daughters and serve as an ordained pastor alongside her husband, leading worship and guiding a community in song.
Now rooted in Montana, Jenna has returned to her craft with a renewed fire, carrying the miles, the motherhood, and the hard-earned hope into every line. Whether on a festival stage or in a corner bar, her songs work a quiet magic, turning strangers into friends and friends into family.
She is a big fan of sunsets, banjos, and well-placed sarcasm.
